Client Objectives/Brief: The main objective was to create a space which worked operationally, taking various team structures into consideration. Another important consideration was the need for flexible, operable meeting rooms for training sessions and board meetings. These rooms had to capture the stunning harbour views whilst remaining acoustically and visually private.

How were client objectives met/fulfilled? The layout of rooms was crucial to the success of the design. The client interface areas were located along the windows and extra design touches such as wall paper and pendant light were added to the reception to compensate for the lack of views/natural light. The beautiful views were the heroes of the space in the open plan area, the design was kept neutral and calm for this reason.
