364 Kent Street was built in 1910 and is a Heritage listed building rich in character and industrial history. The six-story building has undergone careful restoration and maintenance over its lifetime ensuring it keeps its level of condition and prestige. To emphasise the building’s heritage character; Strutt Studios exposed the original timber construction in the ceilings and columns. Set against the barred brick work and sandstone detailing; a thoughtful lighting design was introduced to accentuate key features. To add sophistication to the converted warehouse aesthetic; the kitchen joinery introduced handmade tiles, pale eucalyptus colours and brass feature ceilings and accents.
